WHO I AM
My name is Helena, and I’m a passionate and friendly Pilates Teacher with a wealth of knowledge and a unique approach to teaching — one that is inspirational and embodies the physical, spiritual, and emotional aspects of wellbeing. A combination of exercises, fitness programs, and coupled with my knowledge of the human body and how it should move allows me to provide clients with amazing results .

Helena has a wide knowledge of anatomy and physiology. She does a range of activities, incorporating all areas of the body. She works us very hard, ensuring that we get maximum benefit of the 45-min session and if there's any time left over, will squeeze in an extra exercise.
Fantastic Pilates teacher. I started Pilates classes with Helena in my second trimester of (my third) pregnancy and thanks to her brilliant sessions my back and shoulder pain went and I was able to keep working on my strength and mobility which enabled a better birth. I felt the difference it made compared to previous pregnancies. In the post natal period she has helped me regain my strength and core stability in sessions which are expertly tailored to my post natal recovery. Her brilliant understanding of posture and the way bodies move mean she can design sessions to challenge and support individual needs.
Helena is so friendly and absolutely amazing with my daughter who has mild Cerebral palsy. Straight away Helena knew the issues with my daughters legs and which side had more weakness. And i found her expertise better than the many physiotherapists we have seen. After a few sessions my daughter has noticed a remarkable difference and doesn't complain of her legs hurting so much.
