WHO I AM
My name is Helena, and I’m a passionate and friendly Pilates Teacher with a wealth of knowledge and a unique approach to teaching — one that is inspirational and embodies the physical, spiritual, and emotional aspects of wellbeing. A combination of exercises, fitness programs, and coupled with my knowledge of the human body and how it should move allows me to provide clients with amazing results .
