My name is Helena, and I’m a passionate and friendly Pilates Teacher with a wealth of knowledge and a unique approach to teaching — one that is inspirational and embodies the physical, spiritual, and emotional aspects of wellbeing. A combination of exercises, fitness programs, and coupled with my knowledge of the human body and how it should move allows me to provide clients with amazing results .

Stott Pilates in Matwork all Apparatus and Specialise in Rehab, Pre and Post Natal. I continue to further educate myself to keep ahead of my field.
